Founder and Director
Cornerstone Partners was founded on a passion for financial integrity and a deep commitment to helping organisations protect themselves from the growing complexity of financial crime. As the founder, my vision has always been clear: to move beyond reactive compliance and build a culture of proactive risk management.
My journey began in the world of anti-money laundering regulation, where I gained first-hand insight into the importance of robust systems, risk awareness, and the ability to adapt to ever-evolving regulatory landscapes. Over the years, I've worked closely with organisations across sectors, helping them navigate compliance challenges with clarity and confidence.
My expertise spans a wide range of regulatory domains, including—but not limited to—Consumer Protection, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Anti-Corruption, Data Protection, Governance, Risk Management, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.

Pako is an attorney at law having been admitted to practice in the High Courts of Botswana. In addition to being legally trained he holds certifications in Compliance Management and Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). A driven and ambitious professional, deeply committed to fostering compliance, ethical business practices and economic growth in Botswana.
